Kurt for Lake Weyman: It is a closed issue in the former Yugoslavia

Kurti has said that the lake was built in the time of the former Yugoslavia and that Serbia has had the chance to complain then.

It's Kosovo's artificial lake, I say artificial and not natural. Since the border has not fallen into the natural lake, it is a lake built. Kosovo has not been a republic but an autonomous unit and element in the Federation. It's a closed case that can never be put to question ownership.
