Krasniqi speaks as chairman PDK: It won't be easy, but we'll make it.

Newly elected president The PDK, Memli Krasniqi, has taken word at the Convention of this party, where it thanked delegates who voted for the chairman.

He says there will be many challenges and obstacles, but with the energy they have they'll all come out of it.

I don't have words to express my sense of thanks and responsibility to you where you just describe me with the confidence I asked you to continue our common journey to the path of our two leaders, Hashim Thaci and Kadri Wessel.

I will repay you with work and more unstopable devotion. We will have many challenges and obstacles, and I'm sure it won't be easy at all, but I know the will of our party, and based on this inexhaustible energy we will succeed. We were good priests”, Krasniqi said.

Memli Krasniqi has been elected president of the Democratic Party of Kosovo today, by an open vote. He was the only candidate for the position.

Krasniqi has received the confidence of most delegates to lead with the PDK for the next four years. Seven delegates have voted against it.

For many years he has been involved in music and has worked on various musical projects, mainly as text-scriptors and as a member of the “Ritming Road”.

The political path began in 2004.
