According to the 24 - hour police report, the arrest was a mental illness.
The “has been arrested and alleged Kosovo female (mental illness), as the same had consistently practiced violence against her Kosovo husband”, the report said.
On the other hand, police announce that by the prosecutor's decision, after the interview the parties have been released and the case goes into regular procedure.
