The continuation of the Kosovo Assembly session has started to take place, while in absence of quorum the International Investment Bank Amendment Amendment Bill was not adopted with the European Investment Bank (BEI) for financing of the Project for the rehabilitation of railway line 10.
The host of the session, Saranda Bogujevci, said this agenda point is delayed for later.
Otherwise, the Kosovo Democratic Institute has called on MPs to vote on four international agreements that failed to be approved in past sessions in the absence of quorum
KDI highlights That since ratification of the international agreement requires 2/3 of MPs' votes, it means that broader compliance is needed among parliamentary groups to approve them.
