The dictator appeared to greet a crowd of enthusiastic military officers and seemed to have lost weight on the waist and face.
He had weakened so much that the costume “Maos” was slightly broad.
Images come almost a month after a state television report showed and spoke of weakened Kim “breaking people's hearts” on an extremely unusual show in a country where the leader's public health and personal life debate was always banned.
The strictly controlled state media, on June 25th, quoted an unknown resident of gyan as saying that everyone in North Korea “bent on” when they saw photos of Kim apparently smaller.
Analysts say the surveys show authorities are seeking to use the change in Kim's weight to boost confidence in the desperate famine regime.
At the same time, Kim's health has long been monitored internationally, as its loss will raise questions about heritage and stability.
