Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor has filed charges against six people, under suspicion that the same have committed criminal work “The kidnapping”.

According to the indictment, between February 16 and 17, 2021, around 10: 00 p.m., at a villa in the municipality of Novoberda, the high-profile defendants, in co-ordination, with direct intent and with material gain, have received and kept the injured Mr.R. and A.A., in a way that defendants M.I. and M.Z., initially learn to seduce the injured to be lured into sexual relations, where they arrange and go to a villa with them when they enter within a time, after the V.C. and the V. and the V. K.H.1989, while defendant F.S., has been standing outside the villa on guard.

During the time when the three defendants entered the villa, the same under gun threat, the injured were handcuffed in plastic handcuffs, making video recordings sent to the families of the injured.

Also, during the same period that the injured have been closed, they have been taken away with their wallets, and they have practiced physical violence, striking them with slaps and guns. The Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Department of Criminal Crimes (1989), F.S. and M.Z., has filed the indictment against defendants V.K. (1978), M.I., B.N., V.N., V.K.
