Lushtaku, through a post on his Facebook profile, has reacted by saying today's decision is not based on performance analysis.
Lushtaku says that today it was shown that the best job Government knows to do is dismissal, deadlock and defunct state institutions.
He has gone further than compared his dismissal to the violent measures imposed by Serbia during the 1990s.
Today the N.H. interim board. “Iber-Lepenc” appointed by current power, the style of violent measures installed by the Serb conqueror in the 1990s, without ignoring any rules or procedures, with no semi-intensive board, without any balance of achievements in the company, made the decision to dismiss me from the chief of the company's position -- this completely illegal and politically motivated” -- wrote Lushta, Television records.
He says the decision of the violent “board” is arbitrary and does not reflect the company's real state.
In the years since I've been leading there's been a great performance, performance that's consistent with the annual external audit reports, in all sectors of the company”.
Lushtaku says the decision on his dismissal is completely in contradiction with statements by Prime Minister Kurti, who at the Kosovo Parliament's plenary session 27.05.2021, has praised the positive performance and N.H. achievements. <x0)
“The growth of revenues from electricity to 33 %, the growth of overall company revenues and the complete change of the company's financial situation with a financial balance of 5m euros, the registration of all of the company's properties in state geoptals, capital projects and investments with the World Bank, the largest in the company's history, are just some of my achievements during the N.H. <x1.>Iber-Lepenc<62> leadership.
He says that instead of being rewarded by the government, he was dismissed.
“I deem the broad opinion that it will follow all legal ways to counter this arbitrary decision of a non-professional board installed by a leading government”.
Lushtaku has thanked management and workers for the cooperation so far.
