This commission was led by Israeli historian Gideon Greif.
The 1036-page report, with all conclusions, is published in Serbian and English, reports B92, translation into Albanian Periscopi.
After a thorough investigation by the Independent International Commission in the Srebrenica region, it is estimated that there has been no individual crime of genocide, nor genocide in that country. Although the Commission does not examine the killings in Srebrenica genocide, it acknowledges the fact that thousands of people were killed in the most terrifying way and the responses to these crimes must be punished,” reads in the Commission's conclusions.
The other members of this commission were Walter Manusek from Austria, lawyer Marcus Kobach from Germany, expert Adarnela Schinab from Nigeria and Professor Marija Djuric as Serbia's representative.
In addition, there was Professor Roger Bayard, who is a world-renowned forensic expert, Japanese professor Yuki Saf, Professor Stephen Meyer, and two others.
