Thus, by law, you as a consumer can be fined if you agree to receive the product without fiscal coupons. The fine for such an act may even cost you 20 euros, the Economic Bulletin conveys.
The Guardians of Consumers ' Page says that all businesses are obliged to issue fiscal vouchers, but part of the responsibility is also attributed to consumers.
According to them, the Kosovo Tax Administration reserves the right to fine you if you accept the product or the duty-free service.
The Law for ATK, Article 53, Article 7, among other things defines that”... Every consumer who leaves business objects after buying goods or services without asking coupons by reflecting the purchase of those goods or services will undergo a fine of twenty (20) Euro. ”
