Haziri: True dialogue begins after 17 October

The second meeting between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucic, in Brussels, has ended without any results. Kurti after the meeting said he had proposed a peace agreement to Vucic, which was refused without reading.

I initially proposed a written agreement with six articles today as a declaration of peace between Kosovo and Serbia. What I had asked for last time, to have a declaration of peace, I prepared in a balanced way with a text of six articles, but it was still refused without reading”, Kurti stressed.
Meanwhile, Vucic stressed that agreement between the two sides has been impossible Monday.

Their position was that Serbia is guilty of three genocides against Albanians in Kosovo. Everything is being brought about Serbia's delay towards recognising Kosovo's independence”, the Serbian president has said.
