Haziri: Albin Kurti is not willing to negotiate, just talk about dialogue

LDK Deputy Chairman Lutfi Haziri has said that Prime Minister Albin Kurti is not negotiating, but is simply negotiating his meetings in Brussels on the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. The “is being held to the expressed position in Pristina it meets, talks but is not yet ready to negotiate, and the meeting today confirmed”, Haziri said. [...]
The “is being held to the expressed position in Pristina it meets, talks but is not yet ready to negotiate, and the meeting today confirmed”, Haziri said.
He said dialogue should be put in line and that so far the sides are not discussing the substance and content of dialogue, but are still stuck in its format.
There are conversations about the format and agenda for dialogue, for no substance. The sides are still on populist levels, rather than dealing with the substance of the problem”, Haziri told Euronews Albania.
Albin Kurti today at his meeting with Vuciq in Brussels has come up with a six-point document for which Mr. Haziri said it is beyond the expected agenda in Kosovo. He explained that in this document, Serbia is required to face its past, in order for the process for the future to be built.
But, for the LDK deputy chairman, if it continues to be discussed in this spirit in Brussels, then it is going in a direction that has no end.
However, for the war of Haziri today's meeting, Kurti-Wucciq has produced agreements to start working for dialogue further, but he added that “appears that the parties are agreed not to settle for”.
