The Hague Special Court has taken the decision to reject former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci's request for the latter to be protected in freedom.
The French preliminary judge has ignored the guarantee offered by two states for release from the former president's detention.
In his stated decision, Judge Guillou has ordered Thaci's protection that the parachutes concerning the next review of the detention send through August 31st.
Similarly, the lawyer of former President Thaci, Gregory Keohe, has sent his credentials for the former president's detention to the court.
In these parliaments, Keohe, in addition to counterindicating facts presented by the prosecution, also details the guarantees offered for release from Thaci's detention.
