Haradinaj: I will allow discrimination of capital's property and construction neighbourhoods

Pristina municipality chairman Daut Haradinaj has been last night in T7 talking about his candidacy for the capital as well as the programme.

He said that so far many of Pristina's neighbourhoods have been discriminated against, starting with the Trima Hill, Sofaline, Tophanen, Tasliage, and other neighbourhoods.

There are 42 thousand dwellings that are not legalized, all because of some bureaucracy which citizens have held hostage by blocking their living investments. Handing the property and getting the possessive paper should be allowed to people. There should also be equality in construction, to stop discrimination by allowing high construction in some parts of the yes, and in some parts no, only favouring a certain” category, Haradinaj said.

“These are the legal obligations that need to be implemented, it just takes seriousness and determination to implement decisions. For example, Vranjevc has many family properties, which even after 50 years have not been owned and are unable to carry on their own behalf by taking the possessive sheet”, he added.

The capital requires a strong, quick and precise decision making. We can't stop talking about builders who are the biggest employers in the capital. There's inequality here. We can look at Dragodan, for example, where high construction is allowed at the new part, but not at the old part of Dragad. There are also cases for the prosecutor, where certain locations are favourable for allowing for high construction and some not. We need equality for each of these”, Haradinaj said among other things.

I promise equality in construction. The law is clear, legalisation should occur in faster steps. I believe that within two years this problem will be settled. I don't understand why we should first let a construction build up and then not be equipped with technical admissions and possessive pages”, Haradinaj added further.

It's a mess. It's real urban chaos in that box”.
