All because of the fact that various professors are also subjected to the nostification process with the aim of discrediting certain programs of colleges and universities.

As a result, the same person also nostificates diplomas and accredits higher education programs.

Infocus has contacted Tosun to get an explanation of the matter, but he has not expressed interest in speaking.

“I can't answer because I'm busy”, was his short answer to Infocus.

Neither has the Ministry of Education been exposed to the newspaper.

For more than four days, Infocus has expected to receive answers from this minister, but has not received it.

With the Law on Higher Education, it is clearly defined that members of the State Council of Quality should not be employed by any senior education host in Kosovo.

Members of this council are also obliged to issue a declaration under oath that they will carry out with honor, loyalty, justice and non-management the duty entrusted.

Tosun had become the subject of controversy when it was proposed and then voted in the country for members of the KSHC. He was told that he was the nephew of Deputy Prime Minister Bislim, who was denied by Minister of Education Arberie Nagavci, though she himself could not explain what was between Tosun and Bislim.
