Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Jörn Rohde, through a Twitter post has said the right to return home is basic human right.
“We have supported the return of displaced persons to Kosovo for many years. The right to return to your home is a basic human right! I firmly believe that these personal decisions need full support and unpolluted from all branches of government and from all communities involved”, Rohde wrote in his Twitter account.
Although he did not mention any concrete cases, his post comes at a time when Serbian Dragica Gasic is trying to return to Gjakova.
Its move has prompted numerous reactions from the family of the missing Albanians, especially from blood-blooded mothers.
The Gjakova municipality has announced that on July 6th it has handed over indictments to the Constitutional Court of this city in connection with the annulment of the contract for rent of the apartment, which is intended to return Serb Gasic.
