Today I have contacted Foreign Minister Svechla directly and communicated that with my directive, the KSF has raised the state of readiness of its first reactive units, in case of need”, he said.
He further says the KSF is ready to carry out the military support duties of the civil and local authorities to come to the aid of citizens.
“Based on the Integrated Emergency Management System and National Response Plan, KSF is ready to realise its constitutional mission and legal duties in support of the central and local civil authorities. We are also on full alert that with all the skills and operational capacities available to provide self - sacrificing service to our citizens, he added.
