After the signing of the great public opinion agreement and attention, I found documents and reports that are contradictory. "Mr. Durmish, despite having defended the deal several days ago after Periscop's report, said he had repeatedly consulted the Legal Office.
Periscop had alarmed the opinion, along with other media, regarding a strange contract for stick tickets that would identify unregistered cars.
The ticket price under the contract was 4 euros and 90 cents, while Periscopi had found such tickets at less than 1 cents.

Dear citizens of Kosovo,
Today, I have made a decision to suspend the agreement on sticky ticketing until the final decision is made on the matter.
After signing the great public agreement and attention, I have found documents and reports that are contradictory.
I'm based on two important documents before I sign the agreement they are:
The ministry's internal audience report and the opinion of the prime minister's legal office of 20,01.20, harmonised with MI legal offices, MAP and MD.
The final decision will be made after reviewing the operation of the ministry's internal systems and standards of controls.
