For several days, fires and smoke have swept through the southern part of the country, where flames have burned hundreds of acres of forest, but the most problematic situation is presented in Trajas and Karaburun, where flames have been reactivated by reburning entire areas. The residential area is also at risk in Ksamil. Another fire hearth activated during yesterday's evening on Mile Mountain.
Currently, entire areas are being burned at various points, while in Karaburun the fire is approaching the park of Llogara.
Two groups of Vlora firemen have set out toward the fires in the Karaburun Peninsula and in the village of Trajaja to quench the flames. Workers are struggling with circumstantial and difficult conditions to control the fires.
Regarding the fires of recent days, the High Council of State at the order of its leader, Arben Shehu, has launched a search over all the links of fire response structures. KLSH inspectors have launched raids on all troubled cities where the situation appears to be the worst. The control will verify the management under way for the fire extinguishing process, starting with the use of equipment as well as the organisational side.
K The SSH will also verify tenders for fire equipment, as well as other civil emergencies if they comply physically with what has been bought, as well as their absence during operations. If violations are encountered in this situation, there will be relevant references to the prosecutor.
