The board was made up of eight members: Agron Gashi, Sali Basota, Lirim Geci, Ilir Bytyqi, Albinot Maloku, Bajram Medic, Petrit Musolli and Fadil Miftari, dean Periscopi.

Former RTK Board member Agron Gashi said that at the helm of the commission, which has taken the initiative to sack the board, are people charged with bribery and who owe television.

And since we've given the board a general statement that I stand behind. But now I'm talking individually. I am Agron Gashi, a doctor of literature and political science and specialize in the field of media and politics. And they're accused of professionalism. What is professionalism when, at the head of a commission that accuses and receives an initiative, they are accused of bribery for years and they have owed RTK themselves? We cannot assume responsibility since the founding of RTK”, Gashi said.

Gashi stressed that a political sacrifice has recently been required.

A political offering has recently been required. They were all political qualifications. And this has been a completely political dismissal because neither article nor any legal procedure nor any legal right to completely download the board”.

Among other things, he said the Kosovo Assembly action does not happen to a parliamentary state.

“Because we are not fully chosen as the law determines RTK's but we've been chosen individually. No one has ever done a performance assessment to personally dismiss us”.
