Former EU Associate for Association: I see no problem with changing the Constitution

The “may also be the solution to the Association of Serb-run municipalities, which is not the solution for the north in particular but for Serbs, to be more vocal in politics in Kosovo. If both enter the EU it is as if the Constitution is changed. In Great Britain, we do not know where the Constitution begins and where it ends. I see no problem changing the Constitution if this makes the state more functional”, Cooper has said speaking of reaching the Kosovo-Serbia final agreement.
He then suggested that ten years ago there was no discussion of exchange of territories.
The exchange of territories has not been on the table, nor have we discussed the north. I think there's a need to be careful about things like this”, he said further in Kosovo Clan.
The Constitutional Court, in the act issued in December 2015, said the Agreement for Association on 23 points is not in harmony with the Kosovo Constitution.
