“The entire Balkans within Serbian “Bota”, Belgrade's next strategy

Blerim Reka on the social facebook network has written that Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, was forced to change only the name of Novi Sad's initiative, but without changing the initiative's goal: the entire Balkans within Serbia's “Bot”.

Farewell “

1. Today in Skopje, Novi Sad's “troika” buried “Minni-Balkan Schengen” and inaugurated trilaterella. Vuqi failed, for three years, to sell Yugoslavia's reincarnation on the summit of regional integration. The small Schengen was Yugoslavia's facade. The other three Balkan states rejected it. Another epilogue could not be expected, without the reconciliation of all six countries in the region. Serbia, meanwhile, insisted on “regional integration”- but without knowing Kosovo. Benelux, like the first modern European regional integration to precede the EU, functioned only as the link of three recognised states (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). How could this <x6ndintrim” of Vuqiq, when two states still do not recognise Kosovo?
2. This is the fourth failure of Belgrade's <x0 regional hegemony” within a century. The first one to create Yugoslavia without Yugoslavs (but with Serbian rule) failed despite the entry of Croats and Slovenians into the kingdom with the Serbian king. Following the failure of that first monarchic Yugoslavia (1941) and communist second (1991), the third Serb-Montenegro Serbo (2006) failed.
3. By 2019, Belgrade tried to sell the idea for the European Yugoslavia “”, with another name: “Mini-Balkan Schengen”, but again under the Serbian trade, military and political hegemony. The name change did not change the content. Then as a state of Southern Slavs, today as “regional integration” with Albania plus. But neither Montenegro, (the last representative of last Yugoslavia), nor even Bosnia and Herzegovina (with Repubika Srpsken inside), were lured into Belgrade's bid. Meanwhile, Kosovo flatly rejected it, not only because it was not invited as a sovereign and independent state, but also because of the risk of replacing EU membership, with “regional integration” under the Serbian troika.
4. How could such a relationship with opposing geostrategic orientation function? With an anti-Serbia - NATO and Russian allies; with three NATO member states and the fourth with NATO inside? With five states having no alternative other than Euro-Atlantic integration; and with Serbia since instead of the European Union, it entered Putin's Euro-Asian Union?
5. Even before Novi Sad's initiative, other Balkan countries had other integration initiatives. By 2008, four states (Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and Northern Macedonia) held annual presidential summits. In 2011, Montenegro proposed the <x0-95 Balkans initiative 6”, and later in Tirana, “Balkan Beneluksi” was launched. But all had been rejected by Serbia. Why should five other states now accept a Serbia initiative?
