A., in order to perform sexual acts, in the way that they had just entered one of the motel rooms and his house, he had immediately begun to strike her again and again with a pair of pants in different parts of her body, causing her bodily injury, then forcing her to commit sexual acts, dragging her to the discovery of a fact that would seriously damage her honor, thus forcing her to commit sexual acts of sexual intercourse<1>, the Court reports.
With these actions, the defendant is suspected to have committed criminal work “rape” act sanctioned with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
The trial of the preliminary procedure in the Randa Crime Department has established the detention measure, since it has estimated that these circumstances are sufficient for normal criminal procedure development, given the punishment for this act that is envisioned from 5 to 15 years in prison”, their announcement concludes.
