” Saving for Mr. Kadri Wessel demands that Mr. Wessel be allowed an immediate seven-day visit to Kosovo for reasons of compassion”, said in the recently issued public request, which was made days earlier.
However, it is explained that this requirement has been confidentially deposited because the protection of Kadri Wessel would advance the possible argument that Wessel would use the permission of this visit for anything other than private family purposes.
If the Pre-Procedure Judge accepts the current request, Mr. Wessel will make a strict commitment not to engage with anyone other than his close family, a request carried out to the competent panel requiring permission for Wessel's provisional release has been cited.
