Decani historians react to the president's adviser: Easy to Criticise Constitution for Political Interests

The League of Kosovo Historians “Ali Hadri”, the Decan branch, has been replicated to Artan Murati, adviser to President Vjosa Osmani, asking why they are staying silent about the property dispute of the Decani Monastery. By means of a media communiqué, Decani historians have demanded from President Osmani and her Kabient to react to the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision on the property issue of the Decani Monastery.

“Why does the president of Kosovo and its Cabinet not come up with attitudes about implementing Milosevic's decisions in post-war Kosovo and after independence? Why does the president of Kosovo and its Cabinet not stand out over the anti-religious and anti-legal act of the Kosovo Constitutional Court on May 20th 2016 for property dispute in Decani?

“Leh is to criticise the constitutional for narrow political interests. The Constitution has had to be criticised for legalising Milosevic's laws, decisions and legal acts for Kosovo”, they now declare.

Their reaction comes after Murati received criticism for the Constitutional Constitutional decision that rejected the country's first requirement that countries in the CEC be secured according to the size of parliamentary groups in the Assembly.

What is at least explained by this ruling is that the Court handles only the requirements for competencies, which stem from the Constitution and not even those based on law. So that the pre-priced appointments and dismissals in law, not the constitution, are not cases that are handled by the court. In anticipation of the publication of the full agreement, to analyze it as a whole”, the president's adviser stated.
