Tests were conducted in IKSHPK microbiological labs, to find out if this case has to do with contamination.
Even National Institute of Public Health director Naser Ramadani had said that the results that have been first produced in connection with the poisoning in Decani do not yield lead that poisoning has come from water.
He stressed that this does not mean that infection is not from water, but that further tests will continue to be done to find the cause.
The lab results that came out today are saying right now that we don't have any hydical poisoning tracks. But that does not mean that there are no hydric infections. But it's going to be after permanent tests of both water and patient analysis. We'll be informed by the time”, he said.
We remember that the Decani municipality yesterday has declared a state of emergency due to the poisoning of over 1,000 and 500 citizens.
