Doctors Dafina Bashalli fell for Kurban Bajram to be caretaker at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo.
She received many patients who went to get help after being handed over with sweet food.
Bashan warned against overindulgence, especially diabetes sufferers.
“Every day in the emergency center we have a lot of cases of their post - CO VID, especially today that is the Kurban Bayram holiday when people eat more calories, especially baklavas and diabetes patients, must be very careful. We've had many cases today that we had to deal with because of hyperglycemia and hypertension, like emergency”
She said there is no exact number of those patients, because the custody continues until morning and statistics are finally released.
Their number is pretty big. You see, you're going in and out because of this”.
Patients were also affected by accidents that occurred on holiday day.
Bashan said that their numbers were also greater and that they were treating those who got the easiest injuries but also those who were most hurt. She even said that they have few seats left but that they are trying to manage.
