According to the Croatian medium, 24sata.hr, bus drivers from Kosovo who were carrying exiles from Frankfurt to Pristina had fired on the coast for half an hour before the accident. There they had changed, and the other driver had taken the bus route. It's supposed to be because of the driver's fatigue.
Among the dead is the other driver, who wasn't driving the bus at the time, this medium reports.
Slavonski Brod's police station chief Franjo Galic said this accident was one of the worst he's ever seen.
There are at least 10 dead. I can't say whether there were children between the dead or the injured”, he added.
