Dear citizens,
Even yesterday, as well as during the evening hours, I have been in permanent contact with Croatian defence authorities, as well as full co-ordination with Minister Svechla and Minister Vitita.
Our attaché, Colonel Hoxha, has been in full commitment and has constantly informed me of the process of managing circumstances created after the tragedy.
So far, 26 of the injured have been released, while 15 are still in hospital treatment from which only one is in serious condition.
The released and the part that will soon be released from the hospital will be provided accommodation and transportation for the country via airlines from Ojek Airport.
Until the end of the day, we will be close to the families who lost their most loved ones and our loved ones and the wounded.
This is our mission and this is our duty.
In this case, I express gratitude and deep thanks to my friends, the Banozic and Bozinovic ministers and all the state and local authorities of the Republic of Croatia who did their best to manage this shared tragedy.
Friendship and alliance with the Croatian state and people is natural and will always be! ”, writes Mehej
