“crazed” driving through the streets of Albania, Kosovar caught radar at 191km/h speed

Albanian authorities even today caught up driving a Kosovo Albanian fast with the initials M. I, resident in Switzerland who in his car “Mercedes”, had circulated 191 km/h on road action Fier Vlora, failing to stop on the police radar.

Albania's police have imposed a 48 thousand-dollar fine against him, or 391.82 euros.

Also during yesterday's two Kosovo Albanians' day with their “cars Lamborghini” and “BMW” had enabled Vlora at a staggering speed of 225 km/h.

Neither had these been stopped on the radar, but were caught moments later by authorities being fined 2300 euros.
