Of the Western Balkan countries, cases with this version have confirmed Croatia on 28 June and then Kosovo on 29 June.
The European Center for Disease Prevention and Control has warned that the Delta version could account for 90 percent of new cases in the European Union by the end of August, reports the TCH.
Symptoms of this option are headaches, sore throat and nose leaks. According to some experts, it affects many children and teenagers, but there are less serious symptoms.
Finally, EMA claimed that vaccines also protect against this version of the coronary. The four vaccines approved by the European Union, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Modernna and Johnson are also effective against option Delta.
