Fortunately, no one has died, and five have recovered, bringing the number of cures to 130,086 since the beginning of the pandemic.
Currently there are 198 patients active with COVID-19 across the country. Six patients are receiving specialized hospital treatment.
Albania's Ministry of Health and Social Protection has appealed to citizens to be vaccinated for protection from COVID-19 at any health centre and vaccine points throughout the country.
