The Health Ministry has confirmed Gazeta Express reports that 80 per cent to 90 per cent of the latest cases with COVID-19 are from Delta version.
The news has been released by the Director of the Department of Microbiology at IKSHPK, Xhevat Jakupi, at a media conference together with Health Minister Arben Year.
The latest data from the Department of Microbiology tells us that 80 to 90 percent of the recent personal results of the period in Covid-19 are from the version Delta”, Jakupi said.
Jakupi has said that this version spreads much faster until it has appealed to citizens to be vaccinated as soon as the number of hotstalments does not increase.
