CEC approves 653 voting requirements outside Kosovo

Five days after opening the possibility of registering the diaspora to vote in local elections, only 699 people have applied for registration. Of these, after verification, 653 have been accepted by the CEC.
The chief head of the CEC Secretariat Burim Ahmetaj announced this at today's CEC meeting.
The period for voter registration from outside Kosovo is until 18 August.
While, Yll Buleskay from the Office for Registering and Certificate of Political Partys said they have not accepted any new requests and are considering the previous six demands for certificates in this year's local elections.
