The CEC says citizens can learn to change the polling center through the app: http://eomp.kqz-x.org/VCCngeRquests/Index
“After applying for the change in the polling Centre, your request will be considered by the CEC's voting service. Switching the Voting Centre can also be done at the Office of the Municipal Election Commission”, said in the announcement made by the CEC.
The CEC suggests that changing the polling centre within your municipality can be made by September 7th, 2021.
Otherwise, local elections will be held on 17 October.
