Before this meeting, the delegations of both sides will have separate meetings with representatives of the European Union.
The Kosovo delegation will meet with EU representatives on 6 July, while Serbia's on 7 July.
Next will be the meeting of both teams, with EU mediation.
These are the first talks on this level since the first meeting between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, on 15 June.
The Kosovo delegation will be led by Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, while Serbia's director of the Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Petar Petkovic.
EU sources in Brussels have not detailed what the topics of these meetings will be, but have warned they will also discuss the agreements reached so far, as well as the progress of the dialogue process for normalising relations.
This meeting will also reportedly serve to prepare a new meeting between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, which is expected to take place by the end of this month in Brussels.
In the EU, they continue to reiterate that the agreements previously reached in the dialogue should be implemented, including the one for the establishment of the Association of Serb majority municipalities in Kosovo.
For this, the EU expects Kosovo to come up with the proposal on how to implement, as with a decision by the Parliament, it has taken over this international obligation.
Kurti ʹ whose government was formed in March has said there can be no one-ethnic association in Kosovo.
