The district prosecutor's office, Manhattan's office, which has been conducting investigations, also accused executive director Allen Weisselberg, the chief financial official of Trump, of avoiding taxes of $1.7m in income.
He faced greed, tax fraud, and other accusations.
The charges were revealed in a trial at the Manhattan State Supreme Court for the Trump Organisation and Weisselberg. More details concerning the charges were decided to appear in an indictment that will be sealed after the court proceedings.
