In the absence of quorum, Kosovo's Assembly has failed to download the board of Regulatory Rail Authority.
After the debate ended, Deputy Chairman Saranda Bogujevci called for the vote on the dismissal of each of the separate members of the ARH board.
However, due to lack of quorum, the session was postponed for Wednesday at 1: 00 p.m.
