By accepting this award in the name of our son, I want to applaud the extraordinary progress Kosovo has made over the past 20 years. I've been there several times, and all the people who work hard to build a brighter future Beau has believed in the people of Kosovo. There's also a lot of work to do that I don't need to tell you, more work to fight corruption, protect the rights of ethnic and religious minorities, build positive relations with neighbouring states and boost economic development. I pledge that the United States will remain Kosovo's steadfast partner in this job, so together we can testify that democracies, democracies are able to provide for the needs of their people”, President Biden has said in his video message to Kosovo.

President Vjosa Osmani has announced that on Sunday she will share the Presidential Medal of the Law for the late Beau Biden, son of US President Joe Biden for his contribution to this area during his Kosovo service.
