MPs from the Kosovo Parliament have in principle adopted the draft bill for the Commercial Court with 66 votes for, none against and five abstentions.
Kosovo Deputy Speaker Saranda Bogujevci has indicated that later the functional commission and permanent commissions will present the Kosovo Assembly report with recommendations.
“Constitute that by 66 votes per, none against, five abstentions, the Parliament approves in principle bill number 08/ L-015 for the Commercial Court. It is required by the functional commission and permanent commissions that, in the pre-term, under the assembly's regulation, review the bill and the assembly's assembly to submit the report with recommendations”, Bogujevci has announced.
Furthermore, she has indicated that this session will continue Monday at 10:00.
