News of his arrest was made known by Kosovo Police through a media communiqué.
The Regional Investigation Sector by the Ferizaj Regional Police Directorate, dated 3105.2021, had dealt with a domestic violence case. In this regard, she interviewed the victim with the M.F. (F/SH/SH) 33, because her husband, with initial R. JC (M/SH/K) 38 years old, had attacked him, causing also bodily injury because of some of their differences. Since the case was reported to the police, the suspect had escaped and did not appear in the police. Police, from the Ferizaj region, had taken appropriate police action and put the same one on a list stop and on the 08.07.2021, about 18:50, the suspect who was under police investigation, have been detained at the border crossing at Vremica”, said in the municipality of Poland.
The 38-year-old has been detained for 48 hours.
After interviewing the family violence suspect and the prosecutor's decision, Ferizaj's Founding Prosecutor, the same has been detained for 48 hours. The case remains for further investigation”.
