The IPK through a communique has reportedly received information from Kosovo police today concerning the suspicion of a police official in Lipjan has committed illegal acts.
The IPK investigators have responded to the call, interviewing the complainer. Following several initial investigative actions has been consulted by the competent prosecutor and the prosecutor's decision police official has been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours”, said the communique.
Regarding the same case, as part of administrative and investigative procedures, the police official has been suspended.

Kosovo Police Inspector (IPK)>, respectively, investigators from the IPK Investigation Department have arrested a police official on suspicion that the same had committed the same criminal work “on duty”.
The IPK had accepted information from Kosovo police today concerning the suspicion of a police official in Lipjan has committed illegal acts.
Immediately after receiving the information, IPK investigators have responded to the call, interviewing the complainer (the Republic of Albania's national name).
After several initial investigative actions, the competent prosecutor and the prosecutor's decision police official have been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours.
Regarding the same case, as part of administrative and investigative procedures, the police official has been suspended.
IPK investigators in full co-ordination with the Prosecution will continue to take further investigative action towards full enlightenment of all the circumstances related to the case.
