A video-incision has become viral on social networks as road police fines a citizen for speed without radar.
It is seen in the video that as a Road Police employee on the Berat-Posnje Line in the village of Otlak, it has banned a new one and fined it with 12,000 large old money for speed beyond the allowed norms.
After stopping him, the policeman begins to pay the fine while the driver has asked him what reason he is taking this administrative measure, as police return it by saying that although there was no radar, the driver was faster than 60 km/h that allows the sign on this road.
The police's explanation of this administrative measure involved the fact that the driver of the car when signs have been made to stop has stopped 200 meters away, which according to the policeman implies that the young man has been at high speed, beyond allowed standards.
Meanwhile, the latter is justified in saying that the reason for this distance was because he didn't want to hold firmly to the brakes, media write in Albania.
