Only residents aged 18-65 who have received both doses of the vaccine and have no chronic illness have had the opportunity to apply for Hadge.
Hagi is traditionally one of the largest religious gatherings in the world.
Last year, only 10,000 people went to Mecca because of the coronary pandemic.
