At the meeting held, headed by branch chairman Hakki Rugova, based on the LDK Statttti, issues this proposal with mayoral candidates for local elections 2021.
Besart Dresaj, Besim Mulaj, Ilir Ferati, Rock Manaj and Zenel Shatri are the candidates nominated by LDK in Istog for central LDK chairmanship.
Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has scheduled October 17th 2021 for holding local elections in Kosovo.
All political subjects who want to participate in the 17 October elections must submit their application to the CEC by 16 August. So, by this date, political subjects, in addition to their application, should also submit the list of candidates for mayors or municipal municipalities.
Voters living outside Kosovo have 40 days to register, from July 10th to August 18th, until the term of voting through mail is from September 15th to October 15th.
The election campaign, which will last a month, will begin on September 16th and last until October 15th.
The budget planned for organising local elections is 8.1m euros.
