Residents of the Kovac Road in Mitrovica keep in mind the day Serbian forces mercilessly executed 31 of their families. For this crime, they continue to blame the Serbian state, while at the helm of the action, they say it was Oliver Ivanovic.
According to witnesses, the action where 31 Albanians were killed in Mitrovica was led by Oliver Ivanovic.
Pain for family members killed by Serbs in the war is still great.
Right here, Tefiq Sejdiu, has the latest memories of his father, uncle, and son.
Ismet, Rexhepi, and Mustaf Sejdiu, were among 31 Kosovars, who were executed at noon on April 14th 1999 in this country, known as the Kovacs' Street in Mitrovica.
He contacted at the time of 14, remembers in detail the day Serbian forces surrounded their building.
Tefiq Sejdiu, hoped his father, Ismet, would escape the hands of Serbian forces.
But Ismet Sejdiu had the same fate as his brother and grandson.
And when they had gathered the men in this neighborhood, they put their hands behind their heads.
But the men's selection, Shadije Plana Hoti, which in this massacre has killed the husband and two brothers, says it does exactly their Serbian neighbours.
