According to them, torrential rainfall has poured out the rain of a year within three days in the town of Zhengzhou.
Floods have caused great waves of water in the streets, tunnels, and subway systems.
The rains are continuing today, hindering rescue and cleaning operations.
The images by Yengzhou have shown people trapped inside subway trains with water up to the neck.
Hundreds of them have been taken out alive by rescue teams.
This is a common rainy period in China, and floods occur every year.
But Chinese scientists say global warming has made the situation more dangerous and warn that extreme weather may become more frequent in the future.
