It has reached 21 deaths, while more than 70 others continue to remain extinct as a result of the floods with Germany so far.
As The Guardian writes, the water has blocked roads while people are trapped and destroyed at least six houses, the Periscope broadcast.
Police in the Schuld district, said they are looking for about 70 missing persons.
There are dead people, there are missing people and many still at risk”, said Regional Prime Minister in Rheinland-Pfalz, Malu Dreyer. We've never seen disaster like this. It's really devastating”, she added.
A police spokesman in Koblenz told the Reuters agency that a vague number of people are located on roof houses and need to be rescued.
