“The VV is expected to recommend for voting the AIP Commissioner all in opposition to law and in line with Serbian List”

MP from the ranks The PDK, also a member of the Commission for Security and Defence Affairs, Elmi Recica, has voiced concern for tomorrow, where he writes, the Vetevendosje Movement along with the Serbian List, is expected to recommend a vote at the Agency for Information and Privates' session. Recica says this thing saw [...]
Recica says this without the legitimacy of the opposition, without the active participation of the British Embassy, without the full involvement of civil society organisations, all of this is being done contrary to the law and in line with the Serbian List, in order to capture a very important and independent institution.
His post:
In the quality of the Security and Defence Affairs Commission member, I express my concern about the shock expected to be done tomorrow by parliamentarians, democracy and independence of independent agencies.
Tomorrow, at the Commission for Security and Defence Affairs, without the legitimacy of the opposition, without the active participation of the British Embassy, without full involvement of civil society organisations, contrary to the law in line with the Serbian List, with the goal of apprehending a very important and independent institution -- the Vetevendosje Movement along with the Serbian List -- are expected to recommend for voting at the Agency for Information and Privateness's session!
Such an illegal process of selecting the Agency for Information and Privateship Commissioner, already compromised from the inside and challenged by civil society organisations, for the Democratic Party of Kosovo is unacceptable because it is contrary to constitutional values and legal provisions for the objective and impartiality of independent agencies.
Under the law, the Agency for Information and Privateity is an independent institution. The selection of the Agency for Information and Private's Commissioner from the ruling party, the agency makes it a party institution, since the ruling party is sending its man to this position.
This illegal and compromised process should fail because it is contrary to the constitutional values of the Republic of Kosovo, respectively, to values such as private and family life, the privacy of the residence, and the secrecy of correspondence, telephone and other communications. All of this concerns the personal data of all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, which will come under the hands of the ruling party.
In addition, such a process is contrary to the European Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms and Protocols, under which respect for private and family life is envisioned. This process is also openly contrary to Law No. 06/ L- 082 for the Protection of Personal Data, Law No.06/ L- 113 for the organisation and operation of the State Administration and Independent Agencies and state parliamentary practice, but also the state practice of developed and democratic states, including Canada and Slovenia.
Finally, as a member of the Commission for Security and Defence Affairs, it calls on the international presence in Kosovo to address this issue of importance for judicial security and aspects of information and privacy for all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
Also, we will use all legal and democratic means to challenge, challenge and bring down such an illegal, compromised and disfellowshipped process.
