Vuciqi reacts after Kurti said Serbia must recognise Kosovo and democratise

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has said his response to the issue of Kosovo recognition will never change. Vuciq made these statements after Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti told the renowned French newspaper “Le Monde” that the leader of Serbs must accept reality. “Everything can change, but the answer [...]
“Everything can change, but my response to Kosovo's recognition has not changed and will not change”, Vuciq said today.
Asked to comment on French President Emmanuel Macron's question to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti about what Kosovo can offer for eventual recognition, as well as the statement of Prime Minister Kurti that Kosovo's recognition by Serbia should be linked to Kosovo's membership in the UN, Vuciq said there is no news, as he added that he has heard “a million times since Kurti said.
If he thinks it's possible to humiliate Serbia and the daily hyper-productions of statements in which they will belittle our country and talk about our obligations, to explain that they are a great democracy, and we, a meaningless and incapacitated country, just say it all, is at 20/431>, Vuciq said.
He said Kurt has given the answer to Kosovo's recognition from Serbia and that nothing has changed in the matter.
“Time may change, army strength or economic growth may change, but the answer has not changed and is not changing”, Vuciq said.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti paid his first visit to France on Wednesday. Kurti has provided an interview for the newspaper “Le Monde” in Paris, where he said it was only a matter of discussion between him and Vucinciqi, that of mutual recognition. For the French newspaper, which calls Kurti a former KLA activist, Kosovo's prime minister has said Serbia must accept reality and democratise.
