In a letter sent to Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, the head of the European Commission has written that the EU's creditable perspective for the Western Balkans remains a priority of the European Commission, while also imposing expectations for a co-operation in deepening relations with the EU.
It also stressed the importance of reforms and the process of dialogue, the President's Office reports.
Kosovo is the last country in the region to not enjoy visa-free travel to the EU.
